Precious Cam ... Suffolk Newborn Photography

I had the pleasure of meeting an adorable little man today... only 8 days old, Cam and I hung out for the better part of the morning. At first he wanted nothing to do with sleep and just looked around, checking out my gear, my sister (who graciously assisted me today), but most of all his mommy.

Towards the end though... he finally gave into the pressure (maybe it was the space heater, or the sound machine... or the multiple feedings?) and snoozed for us a bit.

Here you go mom and dad! We had a great time I can't wait to show you the rest!!








Cam has an older brother... who loves playing with his toy trains and legos and loooves peanut butter!

The sneak peeks I normally post are usually the VERY first images I edit... after downloading the images, backing them up, and making my first round of edits, I'll pick a quick few to post... and then I dive in for the rest of the editing. 6 Days... | Hampton Roads Newborn Photography

Introducing baby Jackson...

I met this little guy this morning for the first time... and at just 6 days old he was very much a trooper.


I cuddled him, smelled his new-baby smell, had him naked for almost 2 hours, wrapped him in things, stuffed him IN things... and he never cried.


I am in love. :)

We had a great time playing... and we even managed to get a shot of the whole family!

Introducing Baby Kaleb | Hampton Roads Newborn Photographer

On Friday morning I had the pleasure of photographing the sweetest baby boy. At first he wanted nothing to do with sleeping... he was much more interested in looking around and seeing what we were up to. Which... was trying to get him to go to sleep. But he eventually succumbed and we were able to get some beautiful shots.

You may remember gorgeous mom and dad from their maternity session.

Kaleb's dad is a firefighter... this was his one request. And the little guy fit PERFECTLY! I love this...
